About the Role:

As a Construction Site Manager, you will oversee allocated works within our annual programme of works, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise construction site activities to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and CDM requirements
  • Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH procedures
  • Liaise with management levels to ensure effective project delivery
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping, including site activities documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the construction industry, preferably in highways maintenance
  • Proficient in supervision of construction sites
  • Preference given to candidates holding relevant qualifications, such as NRSWA, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, or Temporary Works Supervisor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
