About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior or lead embedded engineer with a focus on hardware development to join Career Smart, a growing medical technology company based in Buckinghamshire.
The role will involve working on highly complex projects, specifically a novel surgical robotics system. You will be leading a team of electronics engineers, with the task of growing the team through mentorship, coaching and teaching.
You will collaborate very closely with computer scientists and mechanical engineers and will be responsible for the design and development of hardware, analogue, digital and RF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of hardware, analogue, digital and RF
- Leading a team of electronics engineers
- Mentorship, coaching and teaching
- Collaboration with computer scientists and mechanical engineers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience
- 1st class degree from a top UK university in electronics
- Experience in C and python
- Analogue and digital design and development
