About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Architect to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our healthcare services.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Service Management Architecture, ITSM, HRSD, and SPM best practices. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software solutions using ServiceNow platform expertise
  • Leverage your knowledge of APIs and systems integrations to lead complex projects
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of high-level system architecture documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent technical experience
  • Four years of equivalent technical experience and five years of professional software development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $53.58 - $84.36 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that covers a wide range of programs to foster a sustainable culture of wellness.
