Geriatric Medicine Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Medicine Specialist to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Geriatrics, you will play a vital role in the Geriatrics Department, providing high-quality care to elderly patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide rehabilitation services to patients after illness, requiring a comprehensive knowledge of physical treatments, adaptations, and aids.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
  • Membership with the relevant Royal College for Physicians
  • Full GMC registration or Eligible
