Celeros Flow Technology is a dynamic and innovative company that values diversity and promotes new ideas. We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accounting Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate and timely annual financial results for multiple legal entities within the Celeros Flow Technology portfolio.
  • Be the point of contact for all interim and year-end audits.
  • Assess financial controls and processes, ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, and lead improvement projects where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial standards IFRS / UK GAAP / US GAAP and technical accounting knowledge.
  • Strong business and financial understanding with the ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Hold an accountancy qualification (ICAS/ACCA/ICAEW or equivalent) with a minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in a financial environment, with experience managing interim and year-end audits.
  • Experience in the consolidation of Group financial reporting.
  • Collaboration with advisers including external auditors, legal and tax advisers.
