**Job Overview:**

AMJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join their prestigious national client based in Coventry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative tools.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Planning Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
