**Job Overview:**
AMJ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join their prestigious national client based in Coventry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative tools.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Planning Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
