Product Innovation Leader

As a Product Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of innovative products that meet customer needs. With a strong understanding of product development, design, and data analytics, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will own and maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. This includes building the framework and tracking key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the value stream.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Developing and maintaining a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Building the framework and tracking key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the value stream.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Proven experience in value stream mapping, analysis, and optimization to drive continuous improvement and deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply these frameworks to enhance value stream performance and product delivery.
