We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer. As a key member of our community safety team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective community safety strategies to prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour.
- Work closely with residents, community groups, and external agencies to build strong relationships and promote a sense of community.
- Provide support and guidance to residents who are experiencing anti-social behaviour, including providing information and advice on their rights and options.
- Represent PA Housing at external forums and meetings, promoting our organisation and its values.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of crime prevention programs and initiatives, including neighbourhood watch groups and safety awareness campaigns.
- Knowledge of community safety principles, crime prevention strategies, and relevant legislation.
- Practical experience of using Landlord and Tenant legislation and best practice.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience within a customer service environment working for a Housing Association or other public service organisation, in a capacity which involved face-to-face interaction with customers, resolving difficult issues.
- Detailed knowledge of Housing Law.
- Full case management of ASB cases, including providing support to victims and taking legal action.
