We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Global Business Development Team within our Research and Development function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product and technology development in key projects, improving existing designs, and resolving manufacturing or quality issues.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product and technology development streams in various projects
- Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
- Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams, providing leadership and guidance
- Participate in product trials at customer facilities
- Manage projects – end-to-end and in close collaboration with our Commercial and Supply Chain functions
- Evidence of sound scientific and technical knowledge
- Examples of successfully managed innovation projects (product launches)
