Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Support Associate at Burwood Partners, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by supporting our sales and marketing efforts, projects, client relationships, and helping expand our reach in target markets.

Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline is regularly updated and aligned with business goals, supporting the team in meeting growth targets.

Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data, track key metrics, and prepare insightful reports to support informed decision-making.

Target List & Opportunity Identification: Create and manage target lists, identifying key clients and sectors for future business development opportunities.

Sales Campaigns & Marketing Outreach: Work with the team to design and implement marketing outreach efforts and sales campaigns, ensuring we attract and retain new business.

HubSpot & CRM Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities within HubSpot, supporting the team with data management.

Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and key movements in the professional services, management consulting, and related sectors to stay ahead of the curve.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior team members, helping with scheduling, data entry, and client meeting coordination.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to share insights, support business initiatives, and help coordinate marketing and sales efforts.

Project Coordination: Provide support with projects and work with the Partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Sales & Marketing Insight: 2-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a commercial role in a professional services environment.

Requirements: Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. A good understanding of the professional services and management consulting sectors, with an interest in executive recruitment trends.
