Care Coordinator Role:

The Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a highly organized and skilled Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and support of our girl boarders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

About the Role:
This position offers a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits such as enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and discounted membership for Sports Centre & Golf Club. The successful candidate will be required to help on Open Days and other House events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the care and support of girl boarders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
• Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized approaches are taken to meet the unique needs of each boarder.
• Collaborate with other members of staff to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• An approachable, caring, and friendly personality is essential for this role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience of working in a similar environment, with young adults, would be advantageous, but not necessarily required.
• Basic ICT skills are also necessary, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
