Job Title: Life Enrichment Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Specialist to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities. Your creativity and passion for life enrichment will bring joy and stimulation to our residents' lives, making every day an opportunity to celebrate life.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 per annum, based on 21 hours worked per week at £12.04 per hour. This reflects the value we place on your skills and experience in creating a stimulating environment that promotes the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement activity plans
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation
