Role Overview

CATCH Recovery is seeking an experienced Addiction Therapist to provide outpatient therapy services in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients transitioning back home from residential facilities in Scotland or Ireland, as well as those attending outpatient treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive addiction therapy services, including continuing care for patients transitioning from residential treatment and outpatient addiction treatment therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on patients to the CATCH management team.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in addiction therapy.
  • Current accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, COSCA).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities, including 12-step facilitation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Substantial experience providing psychotherapy in addiction treatment settings.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly KIPU.
  • Valid liability insurance.
  • Current DBS check.
