An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at a leading mental health treatment centre in London.

This renowned centre provides fast access to high-quality treatment for various conditions, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with a HCPC Registration.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing occupational therapy where clinically indicated for patients in one or more of our three CAMHS wards.
  • Managing patients using evidence-based and patient-centric principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
  • Equipping patients with the confidence, functional skills, and coping strategies required for independent living.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with professional and clinical colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring clinical practice aligns with company policies and procedures and complies with statutory regulations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing caseloads with individuals with complex mental health problems, as well as skills in audit and risk management.

They will also possess an interest in working with people with complex needs and mental health, and demonstrate effective communication skills in managing service users, carers, professionals, and external agencies.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, a Group Personal Pension Plan, and Private Medical Insurance Scheme.
