About the Role
Be Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Croxteth. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care that protects people's dignity and promote independence using enabling approaches.
Key Responsibilities

- Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals
- Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control
- Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time
Training and Development
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on dignity and respect, safeguarding and equality and diversity, confidentiality and professional boundaries, fluids and nutrition, and safe administration of medication.

Pay and Benefits
As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will receive shift pay rather than pay per call, with a rate of £12.30 per hour for drivers. You will also receive mileage compensation at 45p per mile and have access to bonus schemes, including up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, and £25 birthday gift voucher.
