About Us:
Archard Talent Limited is a dynamic and growing business in the design and manufacturing sector. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Portslade on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and document completion of all required mandatory training sessions.
- Assist with the appraisal process and maintain precise records of all related discussions.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources (HR) team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and flexible, willing to take on new challenges and tasks as required.
- Respectful and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
