About the Job

We are looking for a highly organized individual with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. You should have expertise in production, working with workshops, prop-houses, and printers. Experience using Synergist would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through fabrication and installation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. As the main point of contact, you will answer client queries, manage expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, Directors, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and quotes to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Support junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
