Job Summary: Rekrooting is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a full-time, contractual position. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
- Position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a General Radiographer.
- A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH.
- BLS certification preferred.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $70 per hour, based on experience.
- A 13-week contractual position with the possibility of extension.
- A flexible schedule with 5 eight-hour shifts per week.
