Nursery Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a positive role model to ensure the maintenance of Grandir UK values
  • Ensuring equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervising and supporting children at all times
  • Contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Implementing company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensuring practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
  • Notifying your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Maintaining a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
  • Ensuring confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
  • Attending regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertaking training as required
