We are seeking a talented Tyre Performance Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a top team in electric motorsport and contribute to the success of our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Vehicle Dynamics and experience in Vehicle Dynamics modelling. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 DOE (negotiable) and a comprehensive benefits package make this an attractive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize tyre usage during track tests and race events
  • Support trackside tyre performance engineering through test planning and analysis
  • Prepare pre-event tyre reports with recommendations for tyre preparation and usage
  • Provide data-driven feedback for tyre model development used in simulations and simulators
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and background in Vehicle Dynamics
  • Experience in Vehicle Dynamics modelling (e.g. Matlab, Simulink, SimPack, Dymola, Adams)
