About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver person-centred care and support to patients, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs and preferences.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and support.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and organisational goals.

Salary and Benefits: £22,625 - £25,600 per annum (pro rata for less than 35 hours), plus a range of benefits, including paid travel at 45p per mile.

Location: Community settings across Rushcliffe, Nottingham East and West areas.
