About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Planning, Performance and Insight function as a Senior Planning and Performance Specialist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and performance of our Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) function.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in performance management, governance, and assurance. You will be responsible for defining and managing the cadence, gathering insight, and assessing performance to ensure quality across the entire function.
You will be a subject matter expert who will guide and mandate where necessary, while engaging positively with all staff from the Executive and Board down through day-to-day quality and performance duties.
