Our client is seeking a dedicated HRIS Implementation Specialist to join their team in Folkestone. In this critical role, you will oversee the successful roll-out of a new HR software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

About the Project

As the HRIS champion, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Your tasks will include developing and implementing HR data management processes and procedures, generating regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, trends, and insights, and collaborating with HR team members to optimise HR processes and work flows.

You will also provide training and support to HR staff on HR systems and data-related tasks. If you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we invite you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Develop and implement HR data management processes and procedures
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, trends, and insights
  • Analyse HR data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR team members to optimise HR processes and work flows
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HR systems and data-related tasks
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR systems management
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The salary for this position is expected to range between £28,000 and £34,000 per annum, based on the specific requirements of the role.
