Job Title: Highways Implementation Specialist
Location: Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Endpoint Clinical, Inc. team. As a key member of our Client Services group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple complex projects from initial engagement to study closedown.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective partnerships and drive project success.

• Manage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability to stakeholders.

• Conduct end-user training and participate in training and mentoring efforts for project team members.

• Drive internal initiatives to enhance delivery capability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in software Project Management, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts.
  • Prior experience delivering voice, web, and mobile platforms required.
  • Familiarity with SQL a plus.
Estimated Salary:$140,000 per annum.
