About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled pastry chef to join our team at First Contact Chefs. As an Executive Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts to a high standard
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQs)
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
