About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and skilled pastry chef to join our team at First Contact Chefs. As an Executive Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts to a high standard
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQs)
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
