New Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in North of Northumberland, Scottish Borders, and Dunbar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and source new business opportunities
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners
  • Provide advice and support to new property owners on how to best feature and sell their property as a holiday let
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission with uncapped OTE
  • Fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone
  • 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays
