New Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Travel & Tourism industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the North of Northumberland, Scottish Borders, and Dunbar areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, estate agents, and other key suppliers
  • Identify and source new business opportunities through local networking and market research
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure new business
  • Provide expert advice and support to property owners on how to best feature and sell their properties as holiday lets
  • Take professional photographs of properties and assist in writing creative marketing literature
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Travel & Tourism industry and holiday lettings market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission with uncapped OTE of £45k-£50k per annum
  • Fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone
  • 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays
