Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring that the needs of each person are met.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a care or support setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Valid DBS check and ability to maintain confidentiality.
