We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure person-centered care.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential or care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
