The role of a Youth Worker at our school is crucial in helping students between the ages of 2 and 19 develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support students with their daily activities and provide guidance on how to manage their emotions and behaviors
  • To work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized learning plans for each student
  • To create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social interaction and teamwork among students

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or social work
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £80-£95 per day
