Payroll and Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our team at Zenith People LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payroll and finance-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll information, including weekly and monthly payroll, and produce accurate payslips and reporting information.
  • Manage payroll deductions, administer payments of SSP, SMP, and SPP, and process pension contributions.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues with timesheets and invoices.
  • Perform regular backups of the payroll system and ensure data integrity.
  • Process CIS payroll, including submissions to umbrella companies and payment.
  • Assist with the distribution of payslips and uploading of BACS to bank.
  • Update payroll and invoicing spreadsheets and highlight recurring issues.
  • Administer pension schemes, issue pension invoices, and process P45s for leavers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Sage Payroll and other relevant software.
