We're on a mission to empower businesses and people to reach their full potential. As a Business Applications Manager at Gloat, you'll play a critical role in driving our success.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management and maintenance of our business applications, including Salesforce, Clari, TaskRay, NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach, Rattle, PeopleAI, and others. Your expertise will ensure data quality, align business applications with business processes, and lead projects from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all business applications.
  • Align business applications with business strategies and processes.
  • Lead projects, from planning to implementation and review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business applications management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data management and quality assurance.
  • Excellent English skills - writing and speaking.
