Compensation Senior Analyst

Coupa is seeking a highly analytical and organized Compensation Senior Analyst to join our People Team in Reading, United Kingdom. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering global compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of global compensation strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Manage benchmark survey participation, analyze market data, and provide recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures, and bonus targets.
  • Participate in compensation projects, including salary structure design, leveling systems, and other compensation-related initiatives.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis, build financial reports, and drive business performance insights.
  • Support annual compensation review and bonus cycles through data analysis and cycle planning.

Benefits:

  • Provide benefits management for a portfolio of countries, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and legal requirements.
  • Project manage and implement new benefit programs, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in completing competitive benchmarking analysis, participating in and analyzing local surveys as necessary.
  • Use market trends and benchmarking data to improve and determine benefit programs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in compensation and benefits analysis and administration, preferably with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in compensation salary and benefits planning, incentive programs, market pricing, and analytics.
  • Highly analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issues.
