About the Role

At HC-One, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at our care home. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you'll be expected to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
