THE ROLE

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in achieving these high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service
  • First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
  • Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers
  • Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations
  • Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely manner

  • You'll connect with consumers and have a previous track record within hospitality or retail
