Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures, ensuring that our products are efficient, reliable, and secure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and backend engineering, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
  • Contribute to the development of our frontend engineering practices and standards, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience with React and Typescript.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in various engineering domains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership and mentorship.
  • Skilful evaluation of strengths and weaknesses in service-oriented architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile principles.
