Principal Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Principal Frontend Developer to join our team at Searchability®. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural vision and implementation of our React-based platforms, ensuring they are user-centered, scalable, and maintainable.

About the Role:

As a Principal Frontend Developer, you will lead a dynamic cross-functional team that includes C# API, iOS, Android, BA, and UX professionals. Your role will focus on driving the technical direction for frontend development, setting best practices, mentoring other frontend developers, and collaborating with senior leadership to align development goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, setting the technical direction for frontend development
  • Drive the architectural vision for React-based platforms, focusing on scalability and maintainability
  • Collaborate with other frontend developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align frontend development with overall business strategy

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in ES6, React, Styled Components, and React Testing Library
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A deep understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices
