About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of web applications in an Enterprise environment, managing multiple projects and initiatives, and providing research ideas for client execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quantitative models and algorithms to drive business growth and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement low-latency systems and solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative research and development, with a focus on financial markets
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
