Job Description

Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Electrical Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to work on various commercial electrical projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including solar panel installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission electrical systems, including solar panel installations, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspections of electrical systems to identify any defects or issues.
  • Repair or replace electrical equipment and fixtures as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Assist with site surveys and provide expert advice on electrical system design and installation.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical installations, including solar panel installations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
