About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Apprentice Technician in Cyber Security to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space Limited. As a Higher Technical Apprentice, you will have the chance to develop both mechanical and electrical skills within our programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the build, test and repair of a variety of communication products following Airbus test procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Work closely with production managers to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A BTEC Level 3 qualification in Engineering (ideally with a Merit profile).
  • Other related Level 3 qualifications.
  • GCSEs grades at A*/9 to C/4 which must include Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Related work experience.
  • Possession of a valid UK SC Security Clearance or willingness to undergo a BPSS check.
