Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or delivering speech and language programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with children 1:1, in groups, and support learning in class
• Collaborate with the SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to enhance our provision for children with ASD and/or speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans to support children's educational and social development

Requirements
• A genuine interest in working with children and entering the education profession
• Energy, resilience, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Specialist skills in areas such as music, art, outdoor learning, cooking, drama, dance, or sport are welcome and will be developed with our children
