Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Education Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with a Year 1 boy who requires support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the child in developing their knowledge and skills, both in-class and one-to-one.
  • Assist the class teacher in preparing activities, lesson plans, and working with small groups of children who require additional support.
  • Maintain a professional, passionate, and enthusiastic approach within the classroom and team.
Requirements
  • UK resident with a valid passport.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism.
  • Ensure the child's safety, happiness, and stimulation at all times.
  • Organise daily tasks for the child and work one-to-one with pupils.
  • Valid references for the last 2 years and a current DBS check.
