We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Charity Fundraiser. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with the public at various events, shows, and venues to promote our charity partners and secure donations
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Meet and exceed fundraising targets
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- A competitive basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, plus uncapped discretionary bonus
