About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Charity Fundraiser. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential donors, stakeholders, and community groups
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including events, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with our in-house venues team to secure prime locations for fundraising activities
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with donors and stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to maximize fundraising opportunities
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
