Charity Fundraiser

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Charity Fundraiser. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with the public at various events, venues, and locations to promote our charity partners and secure donations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive community.
- Work collaboratively with our in-house venues team to identify and secure new fundraising opportunities.
- Meet and exceed fundraising targets, working under your own initiative and with a strong work ethic.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to donor inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be available for on-call shifts as required.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A competitive basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, with uncapped discretionary bonus potential.
