Physiotherapy Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to lead our Primary Care service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services, managing resources and prioritizing tasks effectively.
You will evaluate our First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) service in collaboration with primary care leads, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to quality enhancement initiatives. Your expertise in therapy assessment and treatment will enable you to provide advanced care to patients with complex conditions, maintaining accurate records and data input.
In this role, you will support our clinical directors in planning, coordinating, and delivering FCP services, managing staff and resources while adapting to changing demands. You will also contribute to the development of pathways for suspected sinister pathology and participate in weekend or extended access services as required.
To be successful, you must have a strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management, applying this knowledge to your work situation. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to motivate patients' families and staff alike.
