Advanced Laser Support Expert

This role focuses on delivering advanced laser support services to customers worldwide. The primary responsibilities include fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, system repair, training, and other technical support activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Fault Diagnosis: Including optic/laser alignment, result monitoring, and analysis.
- Laser Setup Using Optical Techniques.
- Laser Calibration Using Electronic Control.
- Improving Laser Build Documentation.
- Providing On-Site Repair and Maintenance Support to Customers.
- Offering Telephone and Email Technical Support to Customers.
- Delivering Customer/Distributor Training as Required.
- Carrying Out Installations from Planning Through to Customer Acceptance.
- Maintaining Up-to-Date Customer Files, Including Service Records and Other Documentation.
- Identifying Opportunities for Improvement, Including Product Design and Business Process Enhancements.
- Collaborating with Sales Management to Identify and Develop Sales Opportunities.
- Providing Specialist Support to Other Team Members as Required.
- Acting as a Team Player by Assisting in Various Areas of the Business to Support Customers, Suppliers, or Colleagues.
- FOLLOWING Clean Room Procedures and Safety Guidelines.
- Maintaining a Detailed and Current Working Knowledge of All Company Products Worked On.
- Regularly Reporting Progress to the Service Manager, Operations Director, and Customers.
This position requires adherence to internal procedures, specifically the Quality ISO 9001:2015 Policy and Procedures.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
