Management and Leadership Trainer

We are recruiting for a Management and Leadership Trainer to join our team on a maternity contract for 1 year, with the option to go permanent following this. The role will be fully remote, allowing candidates to be based anywhere in Wales with occasional travel to Cardiff.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will work with a caseload of learners to support and encourage them through their framework learning process, ensuring that learners are engaged, have regular monthly reviews, and have access to all learning materials in order to succeed in their qualification; whilst managing the framework compliance. This will include:
- Delivering Induction sessions to provide an overview of the chosen Framework (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).
- Supporting the attainment of Essential Skills controlled tasks and assessments in Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy.
- Supporting the learning journey through effective assessment planning, feedback and regular learner interaction.
- Providing constructive feedback to learners on an ongoing basis to ensure they progress through their programme successfully.
- Sharing knowledge, skills and experience to develop learners understanding and competence.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders. A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
