Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the front of house and counters to our company standards
  • Present menus, serve, and help customers select food and beverage by offering suggestions
  • Provide counter service and prepare beverages
  • Deliver chef-prepared meals to customers at their tables
  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Process payment at electronic till points
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Closing front of house areas each day to our company standards

Requirements:

  • Friendly, engaging personality, and a genuine love for customer service
  • Barista experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great teamwork
  • Hardworking
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends
  • The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
