The Role

To play a crucial role in executing Change Waste Recycling's account management strategy for clients, focusing on added value, upsell, and retention.

Main Objectives and Goals
  1. Manage a customer base across Edinburgh and Glasgow with an annual spend of under £10,000.
  2. Act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues, serving as a key liaison between customers, CWR Operations or Suppliers for service development and issue resolution.
  3. Address customer queries, such as pricing, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Conduct regular client review meetings.
  5. Proactively engage with at-risk customers to meet their needs while maintaining profitability.
  6. Pricing and upselling activities: Identify new business and upselling opportunities. Implement strategic pricing and upselling initiatives to drive revenue growth.
